此次，我想擔任的部長一職對我來說也許是個艱巨的挑戰，但是我堅信：不是沒有做過就一定不會做好。義工志愿者是個隨處可見的名詞，到哪里都會有它的話題。每當我戴上那鮮紅的帽子和附有標志的志愿者衣服時，我都感覺無比的厚重，無論是在那次的宣傳艾滋病活動還是擦那地下通道，我都感覺到了作為義工的艱辛與付出，其實做義工真的很累很累，但是義工志愿者們卻依然選擇了擦干凈汗水，一如既往地堅持下去。我是來自于一名農村的女孩，對于那種不怕臟，不怕苦，不怕累我們深有體會，我能夠深深的感受到他們做義工的這種精神——不計回報的為同學，為老師，為身邊的人服務，是他們在平凡中盡顯偉大。
認識到了義工的所在，我決定在此冒昧的推薦自己，其實無論是選擇什么樣的部門都是需要一定的能力，都是在鍛煉自己，都是在給自己一個機會來證明自己。我想更多的為身邊的同學服務，更多的鍛煉自己，學會怎樣與人溝通，與人協作。如果我真的有幸被聘用了，我將會義無反顧地做下去，發揚義工的精神，并帶動下一屆的學弟學妹一起體驗義工的精神，躲讓周圍的人真正的感受到義工的溫暖。
