關于個人紀律作風自查報告 按照院黨組的總體部署，近日來，本人在深入學習《鎮(zhèn)雄縣人民法院開展紀律作風整頓活動實施方案》內(nèi)容的基礎上，深入把握方案精神實質(zhì)，以“忠誠、為民、公正、廉潔、奉獻”為核心價值取向，努力提高思想認識，進一步加強思想作風建設，嚴肅政治紀律、組織紀律和工作紀律。此次紀律作風整頓的第二階段是個人自查自糾，本人通過各種形式廣泛征求各種意見的同時，及時對照紀律要求和崗位職責，認真進行自查自擺，找準存在的問題，分析原因，制定出整改措施，以便于克服缺點提高自己。對于查擺的情況，現(xiàn)剖析如下：

一、存在的主要問題及原因分析

宗旨觀念不夠牢固。從思想上來看，自己對立黨為公，執(zhí)政為民的認識還不夠深入，有時對待來訪群眾不能始終保持熱情服務的態(tài)度，當手頭工作稍多時，就嫌麻煩，性子就有些急燥，態(tài)度不夠好，有時過多考慮個人得失，存有“主觀為自己，客觀為別人”和“事不關己，高高掛起”的思想，以致自己為民服務的公仆意識淡化，未切實做到為群眾所想，急群眾所急。

對業(yè)務知識不夠鉆研。表現(xiàn)在：對待作不夠主動、積極，只滿足于完成上級機關和領導交給的任務，在工作中遇到難題，不善于思考，動腦，常常等待領導的指示，說一步

走一步，未把工作做實、做深、做細，只要還過得去就可以了。對業(yè)務知識的掌握不夠重視，缺乏一種敬業(yè)精神，認為自己已有的一些業(yè)務知識可以適應目前的工作了，不注重業(yè)務知識的全面性，等到問題的出現(xiàn)再想辦法解決。有時由于工作的重復性，涂個省事，照搬照抄，只要按時完成工作就算了事了。在工作中遇到繁瑣、復雜的事情，抱有可拖就拖的心態(tài)，今天不行，就等明天再說，對問題采取逃避的方法，認為“船到橋頭自然直”，不是自己力求尋找對策，而是等待辦法自己出現(xiàn)，缺乏一種刻苦鉆研的精神。對分管工作的業(yè)務和知識的學習好放松了要求，沒有自我加壓和擴展自身價值的前瞻性。

工作作風不夠扎實。表現(xiàn)在：對待工作有時報有應付了事的態(tài)度，沒有做到腳踏實地，總想在工作中找到捷徑，最好不要花費太多的精力就可以把事情做好。有時由于私心作怪，存在“多做多錯，少做少錯，不做不錯”的態(tài)度，除了自己必需完成的以外，可以不做的就不做，省得惹禍上身。從管理上來看，事業(yè)心責任感較以往有較大減退，有時存在不愿管，怕麻煩的心理。

二、問題存在的原因

對政治學習“走過場”。停于形式，敷衍了事，在政治學習時存在應付心理，沒有把參加學習和主動接受思想作

為一名黨員干部的必修課來認真對待。因此，在看問題、想辦法上敏銳性不強，前瞻性不夠，只是立足目前，不能放眼未來。在大是大非面前還尚能正確把握，但在小節(jié)方面就得過且過，不能從嚴要求自己。平時雖然經(jīng)常學習馬列主義、毛澤東思想及鄧小平理論，但思想上未引起高度的重視，學習目的不夠明確，學習時缺乏思考，只從字面上理解毛澤東思想，沒有意識其思想的精髓，使自己對理論知識的理解與實際脫鉤，沒有發(fā)揮理論的指導作用，只是為了學習而學習，使學習變得形式化、教條化。

為群眾服務意識的淡薄。未牢固樹立全心全意為人民服務的宗旨觀念。沒有深刻體會“一切為了群眾，一切依靠群眾，從群眾中來到群眾中去”的實質(zhì)。沒有堅實任何時候都要以群眾滿意不滿意作為自己得失的衡量標準。今后我真正做到全心全意為人民服務，拿出百分之百的熱情接待每一個來鎮(zhèn)辦事的群眾。

業(yè)務水平不高，缺乏敬業(yè)精神在實際工作中有時得過且過，業(yè)務水平要有提高，必需要對業(yè)務鉆研，而自己在業(yè)務方面存有依賴性，認為領導會有指示，我不能先急著干，害怕自己先做做不好。自己沒有一整套學習業(yè)務知識的，故在開展工作中比較盲目，有時缺乏一定自信。

加強學習和黨性培養(yǎng)，不斷用馬克思、恩格斯、列寧、毛澤東理論改造自己的世界觀、人生觀；不斷加強共產(chǎn)主義道德修養(yǎng)，以高度的責任感、事業(yè)心，以勤勤懇懇、扎扎實實的作風，以百折不饒、知難而進的勇氣完成黨和人民交給的各項任務。

再修條令條例和規(guī)章課，切實從思想深處摒棄一切不利于工作、不利于管理的錯誤想法，確立立黨為公、執(zhí)政為民的思想，確立求真務實，真抓實干的思想，確立依法治鎮(zhèn)、從嚴治吏的思想，進一步嚴格要求自己，做一名真正合格的民警。

1、對自身學習還抓得不夠。作為一名鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公務員應該充分認清新時期政治經(jīng)濟形勢，不斷用發(fā)展觀的理論、市場經(jīng)濟的新知識武裝頭腦，指導工作實踐，否則工作將很被動。在實際工作中，往往因工作上的繁雜而手忙腳亂，忽略了自身的學習，認為學習這是軟任務，只要把工作做好就行了。

今后我將努力完善自我，加強學習，不斷提高自己的綜合素質(zhì)。與時俱進，開拓創(chuàng)新，做一個不辜負黨和人民期望的好公仆。

2、對凝聚力量為鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展力度不夠。我鎮(zhèn)海門市政協(xié)委員9名，南通市政協(xié)委員3名，他們直接在企事業(yè)發(fā)揮著積極作用，如何充分利用這些，為我鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展獻計獻策作出更大貢獻是值得思考的問題紀律作風整頓活動個人自查報告3篇紀律作風整頓活動個人自查報告3篇。但我在這方面缺少思考，工作力度不夠，主觀上總認為這些企業(yè)精英們都很忙，怕打擾影響他們的工作，行動上組織委員們開展活動少，合理化建議提得不多，參政議政做得不夠。作為一名統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)干事，我深感自己責任重大，覺得自己應加強這方面的積極性和主動性，充分發(fā)揮統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)優(yōu)勢，凝聚一切統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)力量，全力以赴為實現(xiàn)我鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟社會大干快上而貢獻智慧和力量。

3、工會工作下基層調(diào)查研究少。工會工作是團結動員廣大職工同心協(xié)力，為實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟社會的大干快上建功立業(yè)但在新時期特別是市場經(jīng)濟條件下如何做好非公企業(yè)工會工作難度很大。平日由于忙于應對各項工作，沉到基層企業(yè)工會的精力少、時間少，對企業(yè)職工的需求了解掌握也少。今后將充分考慮并統(tǒng)籌兼顧好各項工作，見縫插針做好工會工作。
