調動學生積極性,讓學生真正成為課堂的主人,是新課標的重要特點。幾位老師在上課的時候注重學生能力的培養,注重主體參與。這節課互動模式多樣,激起了同學們對英語學習的興趣,營造了寬松,民主,和諧的教與學的氛圍。印象最深的是王老師講的my home這一課,課堂一始,王老師帶動學生們一起做了“switch ”游戲,剛開始學生們和老師配合的不是很融洽,可能是彼此之間不熟悉,或者是學生對老師的課堂用語不習慣,感覺學生參與得不是很積極。還好,老師非常地有激情,很快就與學生融為一塊,課堂活躍,學生學習積極性逐漸提高,讓學生真正成了課堂的主人,效果非常好。所以教師在每個教學環節中對孩子的要求一定要清楚明確,難易適中。只有孩子清楚的知道自己應該干什么時,才有可能干好這件事;而問題太難孩子會無從下手,太容易又沒意義,這都會打擊孩子的積極性。
二、教師自身的良好素質是上好一堂課的重要前提和基本保證。
三位老師的課都充分表現了這點,無論是從上課技巧還是老師的自身素質來講,都體現了幾位老師的專業素質。比如說,王老師這節課的構思,她就很好地把let’s talk 中的難點很容易的展現并讓學生輕松學會運用。并讓學生在非常輕松愉快的情景中學習語言,并且設計了多種任務來完成句子到對話的學習。王老師把先把對話中的重點句子挑出來,以簡單的問答會話方式教學,這樣就不會讓學生學得那么累,而且學生很容易就掌握了。
聽課中我發現幾位老師基本有以下幾個共同特點:1、口語流利,發音準確。只有做到這一點,才能保證學生對課程的理解從而學到正確的知識,地道的語言;2、善于利用多媒體等多種手段輔助教學,使學生接觸到的知識更立體,更直觀,更生動;3、教態親切,表情豐富,充滿激情。在課堂上能輕松,活潑,瀟灑地進行授課,富有藝術性;4、有扎實的英語基礎知識作為后盾,詞匯豐富,課堂充實。
通過這次聽課,讓我們開闊了眼界,看到了自己的不足。同時我對自己也提出了許多問題去思考,怎樣讓自己的語言更優美?怎樣讓孩子們喜歡上英語課?怎樣培養孩子們的英語口語表達能力?相信通過自己的不斷努力,一定能拉近距離,不斷進步。

接著石陳杰上來了,也通關了,就剩下一個名次了,會是誰呢?好期待哦!這時包卓群上來了,沒想到她這次失敗了,又輪到李晟了,可同學們一點都不希望他贏,都說:“李晟失敗,李晟失敗!”你怎么結交了一群這樣的朋友啊,真的很薄情寡義哎。唉!李晟啊!你怎么能敗在他們的手里呢!
呵!洪月又上來了,哇!成功了耶!我高興極了。這時,謝琪瑤說:“這張貼紙一點都不好看,我家的貼紙比這漂亮多了!”我生氣的說:“漂亮就漂亮嘛,有什么了不起的,反正又沒老師獎勵的好。”
